She was predeceased by: her husband Euell J. Smith, Jr.; her children, Steve Allen Smith and Sherry Smith Davis; her son-in-law Melvin Davis; her parents, Ira Hill and Mary Hill; her siblings, Wilbourn Hill, Jessie Lee Hill, Hazel Turner, Ruby Gay and Tressie Morgan; and her niece Trena Wilkes.

She is survived by: her son Larry Wayne Smith; her grandson Bryan Ellis; and her niece Lawanda Kelly.
