It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Natahsa Mathis (Gadsden, Alabama), who passed away on February 5, 2020, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Houston, Evelyn Taylor and Dorothy Mathis. She is survived by: her parents, Will A. Mathis and Irish T. Mathis; her daughter Myriah Funderburg of Weaver, AL.; her sister LaBresher Mathis Gates (Antonio) of Jacksonville, AL.; her aunts, Mary Prater (Radford) of Weaver, AL, Michelle Whorton (Lionell) and Annie Pearl Brookins (Larry); her uncle Supt; and her niece Natore A. Mathis. She is also survived by cousins, relatives and friends.
