She is survived by: her brothers, Dan Childs, Johnny Duncan, David Elam and Warren Fuhrman; her husband Brian; her sons, Samuel (Shannon) and John (Ariel); her grandsons, Sellers and Sawyer; and her siblings, Bobby Nelson (Mary Helen), Troy Nelson (Pat), Joy Harris (James), Linda Alford and Debbie Nelson.
The family requests no flowers. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
