She was predeceased by: her husband Leon "Cat" Ballou; her parents, Augusta Lacey and Eleanor Lacey; and her brother Jessie Williams III. She is survived by: her children, Eric Lacey (Grace), Dannielle Ballou (Chris Brown) and Tiffany Ballou; her siblings, Maceo Williams (Queenie), Robert Williams (Kathie), Felton Williams (Angela) and Venita Williams; her grandchildren, Joshua Lacey, Jared Lacey, Colton Williams and Haleigh Glover; and her great grandchildren, McKenzie Blaylock and Dawson Blaylock.
