He was predeceased by: his wife Julie Roberts Shultz; and his parents, Howard Knox and Mary Greene Shultz. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Harrison, Cooper, Avery, Olivia, Braden and Marlee Grace; his sister Jennifer Watson (Jim); and his niece Emma.
