He was predeceased by: his mother Ruby Bailey. He is survived by: his children, John Wayne and Georgia Football; his sister Belinda Tedesco; his father Phillip Bailey; his stepmother Lynne Bailey; his children, Krystal Bailey, Ava Cantrell, Matthew Bailey, Nick Bailey and Josh Bailey; and his grandchildren, Ariel Cantrell and Wyatt Cantrell.
