He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph Ecxford Sr. and Ruth Johnson Ecxford; his mother-in-law Ella Mae Giles; his son Jamar Edward Ecxford; his wife Vicki Giles Ecxford; his daughter Luvenia Ecxford-Straw (D'Angelo); his grandmother Bernadette Johnson; his children, Luressa of Gadsden, AL, Wes Shack of Gadsden, AL and Alexandria Shack of Gadsden, AL; his grandchildren, Karmen Straw of Blue Springs, MO, Kaylee of Blue Springs, MO, Kaityln Straw of Blue Springs, MO, D'Angelo Straw of Blue Springs, MO, Darien Hollis of Gadsden, AL, Alexis Wyatt of Gadsden, AL, Zaryiah Sheppard of Gadsden, AL, Zaryiah Shack of Gadsden, AL and Zakorien Shack of Gadsden, AL; his siblings, Eva Ecxford of Gurnee, IL, Lois Williams (Oscar) of Mexico, MO, Stephanie Merriweather (Harold) of Gastonia, NC, Edward "Eugene" Ecxford (Beth) of Zion, IL, Polly Rosser (Victor) of Waukegan, IL and Cynthia Webb (Willie) of Waukegan, IL; his aunts and uncles, Wanda Johnson Clark of Mexico, MO, Ida Johnson Galbreath of Atlanta, GA, Elmer Johnson (Teresa) of Mexico, MO and George Johnson of Milwaukie, WI; his siblings-in-law, Ned Carlisle (Judy) of Covington, GA, David Carlisle of Griffin, GA, Steve Porter of Gadsden, AL and Jackie Carlisle of College Park, GA; and his cousin Terrell Johnson (Regina) of Mexico, MO. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

Funeral Services will be Friday, at 11 am October 30, 2020 at Abundant Life Church Public visitation: Friday, 9am-11am at Abundant Life Church, Due to COVID-19, masks are required at both public visitations and the funeral service.
