Ray Simmons Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 3, 2018, at the age of 84, Ray Simmons (Gadsden, Alabama) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Simmons; and his siblings, George "Tick" Simmons, Charles "Hop" Simmons, Sammy Simmons and Ruth "Sissy" Butler.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Simmons (Teresa) and Timothy Simmons (Jessica); and his grandchildren, Misty Bearden (Shane), Jeremy Simmons (Raven) and Caleb Simmons (Chelsea). He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Rev. Harold Daugherty Missionary Fund.
