He was predeceased by: his sister Jana Marie Hollingsworth; and his grandparents, Ed, Gladys Hollingsworth, Broughton and Eura Smith.

He is survived by: his wife Leslie Hollingsworth; his children, Cari Young (Michael) and Jessica Lovelady Carter (Josh); his parents, Benny Hollingsworth and Mary Jo Hollingsworth; his sister Becky Hollingsworth; his niece Julie Burnette (Barry); his great-niece Brianna Thomason; and his close friends, Randy Hagan, Jerry Tuck (Mandy) and Steve Brewster (Sharon).

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Snellgrove Civitan Center.
