He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Robert Snow Sr. and Catherine Snow; and his brother Robert "Bob" Snow. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Fay Snow; his children, Melanie Snow (Kevin), Matthew Snow Sr. (Tina Torto), Rebecca Nicosia (David), James Snow (Marcie), William Snow, Beth Cumby (Ray Jr.) and Abbie Agan (Dale); his siblings, Franklin Snow and Naomi Shields; his siblings-in-law, Linda Sullivan Snow, Ova Gilbert and Arthur Smith (Annette); and his close friends, Harry and Marlene Shiland. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
