She is survived by: her husband Michael Self, Sr.; her children, Missy Davis (Bobby), Mike Self, Jr. (Beth) and Merry Blevins (Michael); her grandchildren, Hayley Davis, Connor Self, Riley Davis, John Wesley Self, Carley Davis and Natalie Blevins; her mother Christine Foster; her stepfather Billy Ray Foster; her siblings, Bill Stancil, Susan Kruse, Eva Murray (Chris), Priscie Mitchell and Nancy Ulrich (Phillip); and her sisters-in-law, Sue Phillips (Harold) and Debbie Harrell (Ollie). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
