He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Beulah Patterson and Charles Patterson; his great-grandparents, Jessie Oldham (John) and Charles Cline; and his aunts, Beverly Rose, Christie Patterson and Mary Patterson.

He is survived by: his mother Rebekah Patterson; his sisters, Elyssa Barber (Brett) and Patricia Carden; his aunts, Vickie Helms (Rodney) and Deborah Bates (Kenneth); and his uncle Shane Rose. He is also survived by great aunts, uncles, and cousins.
