He is survived by: his daughter Wendy Worthy (John); his grandchildren, Ben Worthy and Hannah Worthy; his sisters, Pam Alexander and Susan Keeler (Jack); his stepfather Johnny Parham; his niece Lisa (Larry); his nephews, Jason Payton and Adam Alexander; and also Martin.
