He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eloise and Roy; his grandparents, Willie Elliott and Sis; his siblings, Roy Cleveland Jr. and Joann Whisenant; his siblings' children, Malisa Missika Lindsey LeAnn (Thierry), Christy Payton, Karen Cleveland Lett, Brandy Medlin, Wes Johns, Wade Cleveland, Chad Cleveland and Emilee Cleveland (Woodrow Brown); and also, Adalyn and Ellie. He was also cherished by several great nieces, and nephews, with his beloved nephews.
