He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn Sansom Stephens; his children, Gary Stephens (Stacey), Glenn Stephens (Cathy) and Jana Thompson; his grandchildren, Wes Stephens (Nena), Spencer Stephens (Angela), Emily Karr (Harrison) and Jada Pugh (Braxton); his brothers, Don Stephens (Shirley) and Mickey Stephens; his sisters-in-law, Sandra Wanner (Jim), Karon Fortenberry (Wayne) and Cathy Stephens; and also Mickey Thomason. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
