With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Trey Jay Downey (Gadsden, Alabama), who passed away on April 22, 2020 at the age of 49. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Downey. He is survived by: his wife Donna Downey; his daughters, Karley Downey Johnson (Tyler) and Ashton Downey; his mother Kathy Pollard Ross (Bob); his siblings, Sonya Crask, Ann Ratliff (Mickey) and Wes Williams (Sue); and his siblings' children, Riley Harrell Thornburg, Raegan Harrell, Cadence Cleveland, Michael, Parker, Rachel Crask, Reese, Charlie Williams, Alex Ratliff, Lindsey Ratliff Ogle (Dylan), Bradney, Ben and Lacey Downey.

In lieu of flowers, the Downey family would like for donations to be made to the Harrell United House Fund at Metro Bank.
