He is survived by: his children, April Smith, Johnathan Stephens, Joshua Stephens and Jeramy Stephens; his grandchildren, Riley Stephens, Brooke Douthit, Josie Stephens, Morgan Stephens, Tyler Stephens, Jaxon Stephens and Jayce Stephens; and his siblings, Wanda Stephens Davis, Victor Stephens and Gary Mack Stephens Jr.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
