She was predeceased by: her parents, Jewell Douglas and Nettie Mae Croft; her husband Billie Foster; her son Ralph Douglas Sr.; her brothers, Franklin Douglas and Roy Douglas; and her sisters-in-law, Alneta Douglas and Rita Douglas.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Stefanie Moore, Tamika Tart (Michael), Ralph Douglas Jr. (Marsha), Byron Douglas (Ellisa), Albert Douglas, Susan Douglas and Jordan Douglas (Alexia); her siblings, John L. Douglas (Mildred) and Mildred Land (Willie); her sisters-in-law, Hester Douglas, Emma Douglas, Dorothy Foster, Nallie Wyatt and Jannette Jelks; and her siblings' children, Melody Williams (Larry), Anthony Foster Sr. (Mary) and Pamela Vickers. She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren; 23 great-great-grandchildren.
