He is survived by: his pets, CoCo and Dollie; his sister Cat; his wife Martha Delois Jones Clark; his children, Martha Wayne Garrett, Patricia Smith (Danny) and Danny Clark (Janice); his grandchildren, Amanda Vest (Terry), Terrisa Smith, Jeremy Smith (Carrie), Daniel Smith, Justin Clark (Destany), Debbie Green and Denise Snow; and his great grandchildren, Adam Wayne Garrett Jr., Kylie Jo Clark, MaHaley Clark, Neema Smith, Kael Kernochen, Sareyn Taylor, Slade Taylor, Austin Green, Dallas Green and Tyler Green. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
