He was predeceased by: his parents, William Parks King and Doris Nell King; his brother Walter Parks King; and his grandparents, Alice, Walter Bruce Henderson, Fannie and William Parks King.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Ann King; his daughters, Kelly Ann Motes and Kim Eilzabeth Smith; his son-in-law Christopher Carter Smith; his grandchildren, Brittany Jester (David), Scotty Motes, Christian Smith, Joshua Smith and Samuel Smith; and his great grandchildren, Maddie Cofield, Miles Smith and Dax Jester. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other family members.
