She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Donald "Donnie" Babb; her father Thomas Edison Cooper; and her brother Thomas Allen Cooper. She is survived by: her daughters, Nicole Skelton (Brad) and Courtney Thrash (James); her mother Dean Cooper; her sister Wanda Stevens (Clyde); and her grandchildren, Olivia, Caitlin, Hunter, Maggie Mae, Caden and Ella.
