We are sad to announce that on September 20, 2021, at the age of 79, Elaine Copeman of Gallion, Alabama, born in Bogalusa, Louisiana passed away. She was predeceased by : her parents, Hascal Smith and Mabel Copling Smith; her husband Donovan Copeman, Jr.; her daughter Lora Copeman Burkhalter; and her brothers, Wayne and Ricky Smith.

She is survived by : her son Donovan "Butch" Copeman III; her brother Rusty Smith; and her grandsons, Brandon Jones (Amanda), Kade Burkhalter and Jake Copeman. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
