Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jerry Ray (Gallion, Alabama), born in Linden, Alabama, who passed away at the age of 75, on March 1, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Christopher Ray (Chris) and Louise Montier Lambert; his former wife Brenda Kay Glass Ray; his daughter Dana Cecile Ray Yelverton; and his siblings, James Ray, Cohen Spears, Bonnie Miller, Elizabeth Rawland and Carolyn Abernathy.

He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Troy, Justin and Marsha Kaye Ray Vogel (Robert) of Millbrook, AL; his siblings, Louise Lowery of Pensacola, FL, Lila Destito of Carrollton, GA, Perry Ray (Reatha) of Fairhope, AL, Chris Ray (Sandra) of Linden, AL and Tommy Ray (Gloria Jean) of Gallion, AL; his grandchildren, Dakota Yelverton (Jade), Rachael Vogel, Morgan Vogel, Laura Lamb and Amanda Lamb; and his great grandchildren, Aidyn Lamb, Cody Beverly, Devon Taylor, Danielle Taylor and Tripp Taylor.
