She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Kinard; her son Ralph "Sonny" Kinard, Jr. (Carolyn); her grandsons, Keith Kinard and Matt Kinard; and her son-in-law John Hand.

She is survived by: her children, Sherry Easley (Gene), Sue Dockery (Doyle), Evon Hand, Teresa Thomas (Ray), Steve Kinard and Dennis Kinard (Alesia). She is also survived by ten grandchildren, twenty eight great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren; loving nieces, nephews, and many sweet friends.
