She was predeceased by: her parents, George Anthony and Marie Anthony; her husband Bobby Leon Howard; her sister Sarah Jane Irwin (James); her nephew Kevin Williamson; and her brother-in-law Tommy Williamson.
She is survived by: her aunt Ann; her sister Faye Williamson; her niece Sherri Whited (Phillip); her nephews, James Irwin and Robert Irwin; her great-nephew James Robert Whited; and her stepdaughter Cindy Fortenberry.
