She is survived by: her daughter Beathene Mason "Bet" Baity; her husband Charley Baity; her children, Tonya Jones (Anthony) and Christopher Baity; her brothers, Willie Mason of New Orleans, Terry Mason (Shonda) of Birmingham, Alabama, Daryl Mason of Birmingham, Alabama, Justin Mason of Birmingham, Alabama and Robert Gurley of Birmingham, Alabama; her uncles, Paul and Lyndel; her aunt India; her close friends, Gwen and Issac Peterson of Birmingham, Alabama; her cousin Nikki Taylor; and her niece Paula Swanson (David). She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
