He was predeceased by: his son Billy Wayne Norton, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughter Lori Norton Leonard (Marty); his grandchildren, Zach, Zane, Zoe and Joel "JT" Norton; and his siblings, James Norton, Edna Vandergrift, Janice Lemons (Don), Carol Smith (Phillip) and Dorthy Ream. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
