He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Russell and Ernestine Findley (Goodwin); and his siblings, Russell "Junior", Willie "Bunk", Wayne, David, Roger Dale, Bettie Cain, Alice Darden and Sue Eaton (Billy Jo).
He is survived by: his wife Earline Baird Findley of Gardendale, AL; his children, James Findley (Kathy) of Gardendale, AL, Johnny Findley (Tammy) of Huntsville, AL, Joseph Findley (Leah) of Greeley, CO and Beverly Perkins (Jason) of Mt Olive, AL.; his grandchildren, Emily Shipp, Tina Findley, Haley Cagle (Scott) and Austin Perkins (Autumn); his great grandchildren, Abigail Shipp, Leah Shipp, Grayson Findley, Colton Cagle and Judson Cagle; his great great grandchildren, Aubrey, Kristi and Emma; and his brothers, Donald Earl Findley (Tommie) of McCalla, AL and Harry Mack Findley of Shelby, AL.. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
