He was predeceased by: his wife Joy Ann Perry; his daughter Pamela Perry Foreman; and his daughter-in-law Jane Perry. He is survived by: his son Ray Perry; his son-in-law Dave Foreman (Kandy); his grandchildren, Candi Pugh (Asa), Tina Sanders (Keenan), C. C. Perry and Paige Perry; and his great grandchildren, Asa, Madison Pugh, Kinlee and Talon Sanders.
