He is survived by: his daughters, Carolyn Cuthbertson (Tim), Susan Slaney (Tim) and Jenny DeFore (Matt); and his grandsons, Charles Whitehurst (Lauren Jada), Cuthbertson and Cody Whitehurst. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew and great-nieces and a great-nephew.
