He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Mitchell Posey. He is survived by: his children, Gina Posey Bain (Jimmy) of Fultondale and Clark L. Posey, Jr. of Gardendale; and his grandchildren, Trevor Bain (Cassie) of Hayden and Taylor Bain Layton (Steven) of Gardendale. He is also survived by Great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Birmingham Veteran's Hospital.
