It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Della Faye Eubanks of Gardendale, Alabama, who passed away on July 2, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Bailey and Lera Bailey; and her husband Thad Eubanks. She is survived by: her sons, Randy Streetman (Pam) and Michael Streetman; her grandchildren, Andrea Sapone (Brian), Alex Streetman (Somer) and Jason Streetman (Whitney); and her great grandchildren, Brooks Sapone, Kort, Rafe Streetman and Tyler Streetman.
