She was predeceased by: her husbands, Loran A. Creatore and Ernest B. Stephenson; her parents, Lillie Mae Ingram and Eual Sims Ware; and her siblings, Ramona Ware, Marie Holland and Dean Ware.

She is survived by: her children, Larry Creatore (Glenda), Luann Swann (Daniel) and Jeff Stephenson (Linda); and her grandchildren, Neil Creatore (Amber), Casie Akers (Keith), Cody Swann (Kate), Chelsea Stephenson and David Stephenson. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
