He is survived by: his wife Raynell Hudgins; his children, Gene Higgins (Donna), Jane Smith (David), Heather Merchant and Casey Watson (Mark); and his siblings, Booty Hudgins (Ann) and Lynn Hudgins. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
