He is survived by: his wife Alissa Birkhimer; his father Larry Birkhimer (Frances); his sister Lara Brewer (Chuck); his stepbrothers, James E Dailey (Denise) and Greg Bryant (Stacy); and his grandmothers, Ruth Gartman and Inez Curtis.
