He is survived by: his parents, Linda Lambert Lewis and Jim Lewis; his brothers, Donnie Sanders (Cari) and Steven Sanders; his nephews, Gavin, Asa and Owen Sanders; his significant other Kealee Burrow; his aunt Marie Ratcliffe; and his cousins, Lenny and Leslie Pruitt.
