He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Willoughby and Myrtle Willoughby; his wife Clytee Willoughby; and his great grandchildren, Madison Willoughby and Andrew Carr.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth M. Willoughby (Becky), Joe D. Willoughby (Renee), David L. Willoughby (Paula) and Nancy C. Duke (Daniel); his brother Bill Willoughby; his grandchildren, Christie Bates, Kendal Carr, James Willoughby, Matthew Duke and Danielle Pope; and his great grandchildren, Jenna Burns, Emilee Carr, Maeva Pope, Glover Pope, Selah Pope, Sullivan Willoughby and Allie Drew Carr. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
