She was predeceased by: her parents, Aubrey Wooten and Nell Wooten; her husband Eugene Spencer Blake; her siblings, Doris Wooten Wyatt and Jerry Wooten; and her niece Kristi Wooten Davis.

She is survived by: her sister Carol Fife; and her sibling's children, Jeff Wooten, Kyle Fife, Range Fife and Shannon Garner.
