She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Peek and Virginia Peek. She is survived by: her husband Arthur Jerry McGuirk; her children, Bill McGuirk (Debbie), Vickie Mitchell (Rick) and Sandy McGuirk; her sisters, Barbara Lambert (Charles), Linda Robinson (T. K.) and Debra Medley (T. R.); her grandchildren, Loren Maxwell (Cayle), Adam Dozier (Tiffany), Heath McGuirk (Kaitlin), Heather McGuirk and Kristopher Lewis; and her great grandchildren, Heath McGuirk, Jr., Maverick Maxwell, Michael McGuirk and Paige Maxwell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and friends.
