With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joe David Varden (Gardendale, Alabama), who passed away on September 14, 2021 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie Joe and Cathren D. Varden; and his brother Richard Lance Varden. He is survived by: his brother Warren Varden (Terri Varden) of Gardendale, AL; his niece Jenna Blair; and his nephew Joshua. He is also survived by relatives, friends and co-workers.
Due to the Covid surge, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the American Kidney Society, Children's Hospital of Alabama, or to your favorite charity.
