He was predeceased by: his parents, Bentley Kendrick and Mary Frances Kendrick. He is survived by: his wife Diane Kendrick; his children, Allison McGraw (Adam) and Samuel Kendrick; and his brother Michael Kendrick (Donna). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
