He was predeceased by: his father Lloyd Hays. He is survived by: his sons, Justin Hays and Zack Hays; his grandson Caysen Hays; his mother Janice Hays; his sisters, Susie Hays Timothy (Troy), Kim Hays and Nicole Hays Beckham (Tray); his nephews, Taylor, Ethan, Will and Hudson; and his pet Lucy. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
