He is survived by: his wife Shirley Keef Parker; his daughters, Renay Parker and Rhonda Parker Wingard (Craig); his daughter-in-law Lisa Parker; his grandchildren, Chris Dowd (Jill), Julianne McGoldrick (Mike), Chad Wingard (Stephanie), Brittany Wingard Parker (Greg) and Lee Thomas Emond; his great grandchildren, Mitchell, Matthew, Jacob, Tyler, Brock, John Parker, Nathan, Chase and Greer; and his sister Dean Williams (J. P.). He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
