He was predeceased by: his mother Charlotte Ann Lawson Belcher; and his grandparents, Charles Laney Lawson Sr., Willie Kate Odom Lawson, Lester Belcher and Edna Grace Belcher.
He is survived by: his father James Lester Belcher; his daughter Timberlynn La'Shea Cuda (David); his fiancé Melia Lindley; his brother Jay Belcher (Lisa); his nephews, Justin Belcher (Amber) and Kyle Belcher (Megan); his great-nephew Cody Belcher; his stepdaughters, Morgan Dorris (Kevin), Tatum Uptain and Karissa Lindley; and his grandchildren, Dawson Cuda, Tinsley Cuda, Tori, Cameron, Krislynn, Karsyn and Gracelynn.
In lieu of flowers, it is suggested that a donation be made to the American Cancer Society or a donation to be made by check payable to James Belcher to help with expenses.
