He is survived by: his wife Patricia Mize; his daughters, Terri Shugart (Willard) and Lisa Templin (late John Templin); his granddaughter Stacey Lydecker (late Joey Lydecker); and his nieces and nephews, Rusty Mize, Barry Mize, Jennifer Harris, Debbie Barrett, Leeann Barrett, Lynn Mize, Glenn Mize, George LaGrone, Jeff LaGrone and Alex Nikens.
