She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Chapman (Lynn), Rick Chapman and Wayne Chapman (Tammy); her grandchildren, Amanda Laminack (David), Katie Hull, Brandon Chapman and William Kowalcik; her great grandchildren, Hazel Grace Laminack and Billy Wayne Hull; and her siblings, Lula Faye Roberts, Sue Parkerson and Norman Stallings. She is also survived by many friends and extended family.
