He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Batchelor (Zara) and Essie Mae Bozeman; and his brother Gary Batchelor. He is survived by: his wife Roslyn Batchelor; his sons, Kevin Batchelor (Carla) and Eric Batchelor (Quincy); his grandchildren, Kirsten Batchelor Belser (Branden), Avery Gardner, Tyler Batchelor, Jadyn Sanders and Carson Batchelor; his great grandchild Haven Belser; and his siblings, Warren Batchelor, Jr. (Rosilee), Jeff Batchelor and Linda Batchelor.
