She was predeceased by: her parents, Winsford Jerome and Ronie Mae Taylor Little; her husband William Odell Brown; her children, Larry Brown and Miriam Brake; and her siblings, Evelyn Jones, Lubie Fike, Mary Ellen Bunn, Arweda Wright and James Little.
She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Carpenter of Templeton, California; her children-in-law, Bonnie Brown of Talladega, AL and Steve Brake of Marietta, GA; her sisters, Dorsey Helen, Ruby Lavangeline, Linda Gail, Sonjia, Faye and Margie; and her grandchildren, Tony Brown (Jeaneen), Lori Booth (Steve), Holli Hicks (Matt), Jacob Brown, Sharai Carpenter, Trent Carpenter, Stephanie Brake and Jessica Townson (Jake). She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and many other family members and friends.
