She was predeceased by: her husband James Cecil Mullins; and her parents, Polly Spradling Thomas and Edwin Lee Thomas. She is survived by: her children, Karen "Kay" Viruleg (Dominick) and James Kyle Mullins (Carole); her grandchildren, Liesa Viruleg Howard (Chad), Dominick Michael Viruleg, Jr., Danielle Mullins Bourque (Jonathan) and Benjamin Kyle Mullins; and her great grandchildren, Lainie Mullins, Emma Howard, Claire Howard, Hannah Howard and Travis Howard.
