She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Mick and Emily Mick; her brother Joe Mick; and her husband Walter T. Shapielak. She is survived by: her children, Wally Shapielak, Mary Streetman (Phillip) and Karen Tuggle (Chuck); her grandchildren, Cory Shapielak (Ashley), Joseph and Chase Tuggle; her great grandchild Liam Shapielak; and her friend Teresa Purser.
